By accessing, browsing or using MarketPlus, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

About MarketPlus

MarketPlus is a digital marketplace that allows sellers to display products and buyers to connect directly with sellers primarily through WhatsApp integration.

MarketPlus does not directly manufacture, store, inspect or ship products unless explicitly stated.

User & Seller Accounts

• Users and Sellers must provide accurate and complete information.
• Fake accounts, impersonation or fraudulent activities are strictly prohibited.
• Users and Sellers must be legally eligible to use the platform.

Seller's Responsibilities

• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing and availability.
• Sellers must fulfill orders honestly and promptly.
• Sellers must not upload counterfeit, illegal, misleading or prohibited products.
• Sellers are responsible for managing customer communication and delivery arrangements.

Buyer's Responsibilities

• Buyers should review product details carefully before placing orders.
• Buyers must communicate respectfully with sellers.
• Buyers are responsible for confirming delivery, payment and product conditions directly with sellers.

Payments

Payments are generally handled directly between buyers and sellers through agreed payment methods such as bank transfer or cash payment.

MarketPlus is not responsible for disputes arising from transactions conducted outside the platform.

Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent transactions
• Posting illegal or stolen goods
• Spamming or abusive behavior
• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts
• Uploading malicious software or harmful code

Seller Content

Sellers retain ownership of content uploaded to MarketPlus including product images, descriptions and logos.

By uploading content, sellers grant MarketPlus a non-exclusive license to display and promote such content within the platform.

Account Suspension & Termination

MarketPlus reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

MarketPlus also reserves the right to suspend or terminate inactive seller accounts or accounts without any product listing after 60 days of joining.

Repeated complaints, fraudulent behavior or abuse of the platform may result in permanent removal.

Limitation of Liability

MarketPlus shall not be held liable for losses, damages, disputes or delivery failures resulting from transactions between buyers and sellers.

Users and Buyers interact and transact at their own discretion and responsibility.

Privacy

Your use of MarketPlus is also governed by our Privacy Policy which explains how user data is collected, stored and protected.

Changes to These Terms

MarketPlus may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
